Lead custom fabrication and build projects from concept to completion. Work on hand-crafted builds using both modern tools and classic techniques.

Responsibilities

•Design and fabricate custom metal components for vintage vehicle restorations
•Operate welding equipment, cutting tools, and precision machinery
•Collaborate with the design and assembly teams to bring builds to life
•Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail
•Problem-solve and adapt designs to meet client specifications
•Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

Requirements

•5+ years of metal fabrication experience
•Expert welding skills (TIG, MIG, and stick)
•Proficiency with cutting and forming equipment
•Strong understanding of metal properties and techniques
•Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
•Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
•Team player with excellent communication
